Anger Management

Poorly regulated anger negatively impacts individuals and others close to them. Do others complain about your anger? Do you lack patience? Are your family members or kids afraid to talk to you?

Anxiety

Are you anxious most days and nearly all day? Do you feel anxious even when you can’t identify the source of your anxiety? Depression

Peripartum (Postpartum) Depression

Are you feeling overwhelmed by the demands of motherhood?  Do you suspect what you are experiencing is more than just the "baby blues"? Pregnancy, childbirth and new motherhood is a period of tremendous physical, social and emotional change.  An estimated one in seven women will experience peripartum (also known as postpartum) depression.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a mental health condition characterized by intrusive thoughts  and repetitive behaviors aimed at alleviating anxiety or preventing a feared outcome. Therapy, particularly cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), is a primary treatment for OCD.  Through therapy, individuals learn to challenge irrational thoughts, develop coping strategies, and gradually regain control over their behaviors, leading to improved quality of life and reduced symptoms of OCD. 

Sex Offender Therapy

Sex offender treatment is a cognitive-behavioral approach to address perpetrators of sexual abuse. Individuals convicted of sexual offenses are often court ordered to undergo sex offender specific treatment to decrease the risk of sex-offense recidivism.

Social Anxiety Disorder

Do you experience intense anxiety or nervousness when faced with social situations? Do you fear being judged or criticized by others? Are you always worried about making mistakes, looking bad or being embarrassed in front of others? If you answered yes to any of the above, you may have social anxiety disorder.

Trauma / PTSD

Many people will experience trauma in their lifetime whether it’s a car accident, sexual, emotional or physical abuse, neglect, the sudden death of a loved one, a violent criminal act, exposure to the violence of war, or a natural disaster. Help is available for you if you are struggling with lingering effects of a traumatic event.

Victims of Sexual Abuse

Sexual assault survivors often benefit from trauma-focused therapies. These therapies provide a safe space to process experiences, manage symptoms, and rebuild a sense of safety and empowerment. Through therapy, survivors can challenge negative beliefs, develop healthy coping strategies, and work towards reclaiming their lives beyond the trauma.
