Many insurance companies cover mental health benefits. BEBH verifies your insurance before services. However, potential clients should verify their benefits with the carrier, including potential copays and deductibles, and the need for referrals from primary care physicians, as it isn't always possible for the practice to have access to such specific information.​​

If you are in need of services but do not have insurance or are experiencing financial limitations, we may be able to help. Our practice participates in the Open Path Psychotherapy Collective, a nonprofit organization that connects individuals with therapists offering affordable, sliding-scale therapy.

We maintain a limited number of sliding-scale openings for clients who are uninsured or experiencing financial hardship. To learn more about eligibility and how this program works, read more about Open Path Psychotherapy Collective HERE.

Cancellation with more than 48 hours notice: No fee.

Fewer than 48 hours notice: $75 fee

Cancellation within 4 hours of the session starting: Full fee.

Failure to attend session: Full fee. 

• No Show/Late Cancellation Fee - Charged the self-pay rate for the appointment ($100). 

• All cancellations for Monday appointments must be made by the Friday before. Weekend cancellations are only accepted in the case of a medical or behavioral health emergency. Otherwise, appointments cancelled on the weekend will be charged the full no show/cancellation fee.

• If a client cancels a recurring appointment slot more than three times or three weeks in a row, he/she will need to take an available appointment time upon his/her return and may receive another recurring appointment time when it were to become available.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA cards, and PayPal as forms of payment for self-pay services and for any balances not covered by insurance.
