About Me
I believe that healing involves the mind, body, and spirit. I especially enjoy working with clients from multicultural and immigrant backgrounds, creating a safe and welcoming space to explore identity, relationships, and life changes.

I’m also a medical graduate from Burma with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Washington Adventist University. My background in medicine and my passion for human connection shape how I approach therapy.
I use evidence-based approaches while focusing on each person’s unique story. Outside of work, I love traveling, paddleboarding, surfing, and photography, which help me stay grounded and inspired!

Cho provides FREE therapy sessions under the supervision of Steven Maurno, Head Therapist at BEBH with 26 years of experience. To schedule an appointment with Cho, call/text 757-274-7527 or submit a contact form.
