Anger Management

Anger that feels out of control can impact your relationships, work, and overall well-being. If you find yourself reacting more intensely than you’d like, therapy can help you identify triggers, develop healthier coping strategies, and learn ways to respond constructively, improving both your life and your relationships.

Anxiety

Anxiety can cause persistent worry, racing thoughts, and a constant sense of tension that interferes with daily life. You may find yourself avoiding situations, overthinking decisions, or feeling on edge even when you’re not sure why. Therapy can help you learn practical tools to manage anxious thoughts, reduce stress, and regain a sense of control and confidence in your daily life.

Depression

Depression can leave you feeling hopeless, isolated, or overwhelmed by persistent sadness, guilt, or low self-worth. Therapy provides a safe space to address these feelings, develop coping skills, and restore hope, balance, and emotional well-being.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

OCD involves intrusive thoughts and repetitive behaviors that can feel overwhelming. Therapy, particularly CBT, helps individuals challenge these thoughts, develop coping skills, and regain control over their lives.

Postpartum Depression

Peripartum depression can occur during pregnancy or after childbirth, causing persistent sadness, anxiety, or disconnection. Therapy helps new mothers process these changes, build coping skills, and restore emotional well-being.

Social Anxiety Disorder

Social anxiety can make social situations feel stressful and overwhelming. Therapy helps individuals manage anxious thoughts, build confidence, and feel more comfortable interacting with others.

Trauma / PTSD

Many people will experience trauma in their lifetime whether it’s a car accident, sexual, emotional or physical abuse, neglect, the sudden death of a loved one, a violent criminal act, exposure to the violence of war, or a natural disaster. Help is available for you if you are struggling with lingering effects of a traumatic event.

Sexual Abuse

Sexual abuse can leave deep emotional and psychological wounds, often affecting trust, relationships, and overall well-being. Trauma-informed therapy offers a safe and confidential space to process these experiences and begin healing. Our therapists help survivors build coping skills, restore a sense of control and safety, and move toward recovery with compassion and support.
