About Me
I’m passionate about supporting teenagers and adults through life’s challenges. I also welcome the opportunity to work with children.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, and other emotional and behavioral concerns. I also have experience providing treatment for individuals involved in sex offense-specific care.

Originally from Senegal, West Africa, I am a first-generation college graduate and speak English, French, Wolof, and Diola. I value culturally competent care and believe everyone deserves access to mental health support in a space where they feel seen and respected.

I hold master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Forensic and Legal Psychology from Marymount University, where I also completed my bachelor’s in Psychology with minors in Criminal Justice and Forensic Psychology. I completed my practicum and internship at Counseling and Forensic Services (CFS), working with a diverse range of clients. I also have nearly four years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician supporting children with autism spectrum disorder.

My therapeutic approach incorporates CBT, DBT, and solution-focused strategies to help clients build insight, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve meaningful growth. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, baking, dancing, and binge-watching my favorite shows.
