    About Me

Facing an overwhelming emotional experience can leave many feeling lost, isolated, and alone. Therapy offers a path to relief by fostering a trusting, collaborative relationship with someone who accepts you as you are.

My goal is to support individuals aged 12 and older in enhancing their quality of life through cognitive behavioral therapy and a solution-focused approach.

I hold a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University and bring over 16 years of experience providing mental health services to individuals and families navigating mental health, behavioral, and substance use challenges. I specialize in helping individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, substance use, relationship issues, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and self-esteem challenges. Additionally, I provide psychoeducation on parenting and anger management to further support personal growth and well-being
