My name is Martha Maurno, and I am the business manager and co-owner of Box Elder Behavioral Health LLC.  I graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in psychology and then from Old Dominion University with an M.S. Ed in secondary English.

I have been an educator for 38 years, working both in the secondary and post-secondary arenas, teaching face-to-face and virtual classes. My husband and I have been happily married for 34 years and have always had a dream of creating a private practice for him, so he could help the residents of Virginia, North Carolina, and New Mexico with their mental health needs.  We both share a passion to help people.
