Box Elder Behavioral Health is a small, family-owned private practice dedicated to helping individuals move toward healing, accountability, recovery, and lasting change. Through primarily telehealth-based services, we provide high-quality behavioral health care to children and adolescents ages 8–17, as well as adults experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.
